Cupcake Camp welcomes all types of cupcake bakers – from professional to creative geniuses to enthusiastic first time bakers. Join us in a celebration of the sweet goodness of CUPCAKES. By sharing your gifts in the kitchen with the world, you’ll be helping raise money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. Love and caring come in many forms but the sweetest of all? … Cupcakes!

BAKER OVERVIEW

Please fill out the baker registration form to pledge your support as a baker and to enter the cupcake competitions for Cupcake Camp Inland Empire. On the day of the event, all professional bakers must arrive at 11:30am with their cupcake donations and amateur bakers must arrive at noon. This is so you have time to organize and decorate your assigned cupcake spot!

CATEGORIES:

PROFESSIONAL BAKERS**** REGISTRATION FOR PROFESSIONALS IS CLOSED **** This category is for professional bakers, chefs, caterers, bakeries and those who sell their cupcakes commercially. We ask Professional bakers who would like to participate to donate a minimum of 300 cupcakes (mini, regular or combo of both) – but we invite you to bring more! A donation of 300 cupcakes or more earns you recognition as a participant of Cupcake Camp. We will place your logo/name on our event website AND provide priority placement (limited spaces) for you to display your cupcakes for the tasting and to share information about your business!

 PARTICIPANTS: 

  • Arrive @ 11:30am to check in with Cupcake Crew
  • 6 ft table provided for your display in priority spot
  • White tablecloth/skirt provided
  • All cupcakes for tasting should be labeled with flavor of cake and frosting. Please note if your cupcakes are Vegan or gluten Free or Organic.
  • Decorations, cupcake trees, trays, platters supplied by YOU
  • Extra Cupcakes must be stored in covered containers/box under table until needed
  • Professional baker responsible for replenishing cupcakes at own display
  • Professional baker to supply a minimum of 300 cupcakes – same flavor or variety/mini, regular or both
  • When attendees arrive at your cupcake table, be ready to answer questions about your baking, decorating techniques and business! Bring your business cards and other marketing material.
  • Remember – the more cupcakes you provide the longer your YUMMY treats will be involved in the tasting!
  • BAKERS must fill out Registration Form-Deadline to submit: October 22, 2010

AMATEUR BAKERS — **** REGISTRATION FOR AMATEURS IS CLOSED **** This category is for amateur cupcake geniuses and home bakers. If you’re the queen or king of the kitchen and like to share the bounty of your talents, this category is for you. We ask Amateur bakers who would like to participate to donate a minimum of 5 dozen cupcakes (mini, regular or combo of both) – but we invite you to bring more! 

 PARTICIPANTS:

  • Arrive at 12:00 noon – check in with Cupcake Crew.
  • Display space provided – approx. 3ft – of shared table. (SPACE LIMITED)
  • White table cloth/skirt provided
  • All cupcakes for tasting should be labeled with flavor of cake and frosting. Please note if your cupcakes are Vegan or gluten Free or Organic.
  • Decorations, cupcake trees, trays, platters supplied by YOU.
  • Extra Cupcakes must be stored in covered containers/box under table until needed.

BAKERS COMPETITION ****REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
